Stunning 1st edition of the famous Butterfly lounge chair, model F675, designed by Pierre Paulin in 1963 for Artifort.
These early examples are becoming increasingly rare. An amazing design classic, revolutionary for its time and still in production today.
It has a nickel-plated geometric frame and still the original thick naturel leather seating, over time turned into a rare light color. The edged are bound together with a cotton yarn. It is complete with all four black protection gliders. The chair is in good original condition. The leather has a lovely patina and the frame has very little wear.
