A compact, rounded form in smoky olive, its crown darkening to deep bronze. Drops of glass gather at the shoulder and spill down the body, some falling straight, others curling back on themselves — each one laid on by hand as a trail of molten glass and blown out individually. Gold, silver and copper leaf settle toward the base like a glowing sediment, so the piece seems lit from below.
